Whether it is heating or cooling ... you are in control using thermostats for the baseboard heating and the dials for the amount of cooling or air you want.

Individually controlled air conditioning units...as much or as little as you like.

Again, you are in control with the selection of channel posted as you can see.
 

 

Your kitchentte will also be provided a microwave oven and refrigerator with an eating surface.
